Presage Solutions has three key, but very different areas in which the business currently focuses today:
Payment Solutions and FinTech
As a professional with a 25+ year career in the Payments, FinTech, Crypto, Blockchain and Retailer ecosystem, my role as Managing Director at Presage Solutions is to work with my clients globally; to either deliver an insight into their future business and requirements, and to therefore ensure they are well prepared for what the future will bring, or alternatively to work with them in getting their business back on an even keel following events that have had an (often negative) material affect upon them, such as regulation or mandatory requirements, for which they were unprepared.
Extensive experience in working with Global clients either in market, or through centralised teams, leading them in delivering against their business goals, focusing on Payments, Crypto, Innovation, Retail and FinTech. Typically all of these stakeholders are often working at a difference pace to try and ultimately deliver some of the same solutions, but often against very differing priorities.
The focus of Presage is to assist all of these ecosystem players in understanding the broader landscape, and finding ways to enhance, accelerate, co-develop or outsource their go-to-market needs, utilising the best possible partners and insight through our extensive network.
For example, it makes no sense for a bank specialising in face-to-face payments to try and "fast phase" develop a mobile payment and Augmented Reality (AR) solution, whilst adhering to strict internal governance and an often slow development roadmap. Equally, FinTech companies are developing such solutions at pace in the payment and omni channel space, but frequently have no defined end customers, often creating "a solution without a customer" - our role is to identify and bring these parties together, to ensure everyone focuses on where their strengths lie, deliver mutually beneficial solutions and also to add further value with recommendations on enhanced benefits and partnerships.

In our view, the customer belong to the company in it's entirety, and not just the sales force or client team, and as such a mindset needs to be created where the core focus is on creating lasting value for your customers. Engagement is driven typically through a series of interactive workshops, 1-2-1 engagements, direct customer views (where permissible), defining specific and clear actions along the way, all feeding into a clear diagnostic report.
Stock Market Launch and Support
Through the connections of the company’s founder, Presage also offer bespoke solutions and assistance to Small / Mid Market Cap companies - assisting and advising them independently, in the areas of pre market / IPO launch (be it via a full listing, RTO or EIS scheme) and specifically in attracting and meeting with high net worth investors. The company is currently working with 3 separate pre-IPO clients in 3 different secondary Global Markets.
Particular expertise is held in working with, and introducing clients to, market relevant Nomads, Brokers, Investors and Fin Tech partners, as well as developing clear go-to-market or launch strategies, including sales, social media and client engagement.
Further accretive value and services are also offered through direct agreement with the founder, in the form of Non-Executive Director positions with interested clients.
